Me, a happy Eid and a good deed

Happy Eid for you all. Hopefully, it is still not too late for that. Eid is such a festive and happy moments for most muslims in the world. Although, it is a festive day, remember we also can do a lot of good deed, especially towards the preparation for the Eid celebration. For me, I decided to help my mother to make ketupat and others dishes for the Eid.

cookies in process
It such a fun things to do since it only happened once a year. As usual, those routine such as washing dishes, clean the house, making cookies and hanging new curtain was an annual routine for the Eid .

But, I only helped half of it. It quite tired to do all of those thing. I wonder, how people can managed keeping those work done every year, for the same occasion. It really take a good toll on me. But, nonetheless, I try my best to help my family to  prepare for the exciting occasion.

dearest blog on the block

Blog. My dearest little blog. We faced a lot of obstacle and hardship to finish up this blog. Although this blog really take a little time of us, it still need a huge commitment  from both of us.
The most important obstacle that we need to overcome is to maintain our commitment and enthusiasm to finish all topic for the blog. As both of us, is more fond of writing than blogging, it really a big changed for us, and to maintain it become quite a struggled. The other one, is to put an interesting post. Although the title already given, it still hard to put up with the interesting one, short in numbers, but still manage to answer the topic given.
Furthermore, the creativity for the blog was quite challenging as it was foreign and new to us. I never knew there were so many things can be done to make it more beautiful and attractive. We thought that were the challenges that we had faced to accomplish our dearest blog on the block.

do i think i can achieve Dean's List for this semester?

do i think i can achieve Dean's List for this semester? well, i hope so. I prayed this too happen and Allah knows the best. Being as a degree students, introduce me to lots of new experience. Stand on your own in order to success and work hard, harder and hardest. My mom had always teach me valuable lessons, never ever give up and put your mind straight to your goal. I've never give up, i continue to learn and struggle. Hope these do pays off. Amin. However, in teenage years, we (especially me) tend to easily distracted, we want to watch movies, listen song and gossiping. however there are numerous ways in order for us to bear in mind that student's job is study! i've always have my to-do list and my countdown to final. Hope this works.

But for me  my worst enemy is laptop (sometimes bed), so i've created a new idea!

Hope this work too. :)

winning month :)

What a wonderful month it is, Aidilfitri. The month that kids were eager to shake the elderly's hand, and the elder's eager to kiss and hug the loves one. I've always loved Aidilfitri, tough my heart was in ache because Ramadhan left us, and it put me in wonders whether i was able to meet Ramadhan next year. Hey, put the sad thing aside and put a smile, it's Aidilfitri, where we forgive and forgiven :)
But, before that, before all the celebration takes place, huge things need to be settled down. TIDING THINGS UP AND BAKING COOKIES!

It was tiring but this is the only time whole siblings gather up.
And here comes Aidilfitri, traditionally, every morning after the ladies were all dressed up and the gentlemen were all oh-so-smart, my family gather at the couch and salam each other , and the best part was my parents gave duit raya! but that's not important, the highlight was this year was my brother first year gave duit raya, as he had already start working this year. too bad.

It was a blessed to be surrounded by family especially huge one. we chit-chat, laugh, joking around and of course tease around. there's nothing more i want, and i thank god for giving me precious family and they all in pink of health. Alhamdulillah.

blissful ramadhan

ramdhan al mubarak is my favourite month of the year. It's the month that heaven's door open widely and hell's door is being shut close. For every year my Ramadhan had been fasting, terawih, reading Quran and donating. But for this year, it has been different, i did my first donation towards blood!

It was pretty exciting for me and even i am the first person that come to the donation counter. Right after our break fast, i quickly perform my Maghrib prayer and head towards cafe. As this is the place that the donation will be held. However as i getting closer to the counter, thousands and thousands thought appear in my mind. What if the needle broke? What if my blood doesn't come out? What if they doesn't want my blood?

But i was determined, and nothing could stop me! so i head to the counter and register my name, they ask about my health condition and then they take my blood for test.

For the first time in my 19 life, i knew my blood type. it's A! so for those who blood type is A and lack of blood, you should thank me :)

the needle does hurt a bit, but thinking about the deeds and those who needed, it doesn't even count. after that, the bruises appear and it takes a week for it to gone. but don't worry, the first-timer will have bruises because the body is experience new thing. Alhamdulillah the donation run smoothly, and i hope i can donate next year too :)

heal the world.

we are often aware or read on the newspaper about world hunger, especially in africa. did you know what is world hunger? did u know the difference about hunger and starvation? Starvation occurs when a person cannot supply his or her body with adequate nutrition over a longer timeframe, usually weeks or months. while hunger is  the body's natural urge to replenish its food stores over the course of a day or two. while to me both of them are suffering enough. so, what can we do? what would you do if a skeletal-like kid appear in front of your house and begging for food?

thank god, we have easy access to the world; internet! there are more and more website that we can donate online to the country that faces this problem. for example, the hunger project. it's a brilliant idea for donation towards this troublesome issue.

to be secure you can even surf oprah's website too. as she is like santa claus, i am sure she will appreciate the good deeds.

 good deeds :)

HOW CAN WE SOLVE WORLD HUNGER?

World hunger is a very serious occurrence throughout the world, especially in Africa. This is because a lack of rain drops that is resulting in drought. There are a few ways to ease the world  hunger.
One of them are through research in new food technologies. We need to find new ways to grow food on worldwide scale. By developing new ways for maximizing crop growth on substandard land, inhabitants can grow enough food to meet their needs. Countries that have massive surpluses of staple crops and grains, especially wheat, rice and corn can help contributing to the country that suffered world hunger. For this, relief agencies need to work diligently to ensure the famine-stricken areas would have received food supply.

Furthermore, maybe some of the successful  farmers .in the world can teach them how to grow crops in a large hydroponic farm, which can help to put less strain on the traditional soil farm. Besides that, maybe they can be thought on how to rotate their crops to ensure the soil healthier season after season. This will also give positive result to the youngster to encourage them to start their own farms and produce more food for others.
World hunger problem will remain as long as the world population continues to be higher than the amount of food produces. Therefore, as a normal citizen, we can help to ease the world hunger by contribute in money to help provide them some food to keep living.

RAMADHAN AND HOW I OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES?

Ramadhan is  a month that full of blessing that  we must make a lot of benefit from it. Ramadhan is the ninth month in Islamic Calendar that is based on the phase of moon. Islamic calendar do not correspond with the Gregorian Calendar.
There were a lot of challenges that I faced during Ramadhan. Ramadhan is known for the muslims to be fasting from sunrise to sundown.  The muslim was not only required to restraint themselves from hunger, they also need to restraints themselves from smoking, from looking   at inappropriate places, the way they talked and lots more.
For me, to restrain myself from hunger is an easy thing, but for others it quite a challenge. To overcome this, I decided to talk less, so I can avoid a lot of unnecessary talk. For me, the easiest way to do is to lower my gaze, so I do not spoke carelessly about others in a way that please me.

To overcome those challenges, I also decided to make myself to move closer to my Creator. It was a ver y easy thing to do and hopefully I can still do it continuously. By making myself closer to Allah. It appers that, it make myself more reserve, patience and brighter.
I can simply said that Ramadhan is a month that helped muslim to learn about patience, humanity and spirituality. They fast for  the sake of allah and offer more prayers than usual

what's your chocolate personality?

WHAT'S YOUR CHOCOLATE PERSONALITY?

Have you ever heard of the words chocolate? It would be strange if u haven’t tough. Some people said that chocolate and women complete each other, well trust me, I totally agree with that! Chocolate basically made from cocoa, however only dark chocolate contains 0 calory! I repeat ZERO CALORY! Now that is an awesome news for all those who have ‘losing weight’ mission in their wishing list. Did you know people spend more than $7 billion dollars a year to buy chocolate, and I think ¼ of the amount is from my pocket.  Chocolate can identified the personality of those who crave for them, it may seem unreasonable but however, there have been some proof for this investigation. You can know one person’s personality by refering to their favourite chocolate. Not only that, you may know their habit by the way they throw chocolate’s wrapper too! Here’s a game or I can say relaxing quiz for you to know your personality thru chocolate !

this is my result,  sadly there is no DEAN LIST AWARD for this quiz.

I’ve took the quiz twice and yet it shows the same result!
I am a big fan of chocolate! And here’s the prove!

1st pic and 3rd pic- that's a chocolate cookies with flakes in it. it's so delicious and a must to eat everytime! thank you MOM for bought me this!

2nd pic- my all time favourite Blackforest Cadbury chocolate! It will always be in my drawer and accompany me during my studies.

Here's are some of the characteristics according to your chocolate :

Mint Chocolate: If your loved ones love to eat Mint chocolate, it means your loved ones love to see future and ignore the things which have already happened, the past can affect them, all they see is all about future and about moving on. They believed the rules are for break. They are creative and attempting to do things. The disadvantage is that they have too much attempt feelings until can't let it go.

Milk Chocolate: the person who loves to eat milk chocolate is the romantic person, has sense of humor, and loves to help other people. Romantic person is always good and you will feel like you have good take care from them all the time. The disadvantage about them is that they care too much about others until don't think about themselves at all.

Chocolate: inside other things like Chocolate in bread: means that person is a sociable person and need to be surrounded by many people. They like to make new friends and be loved by many people. The disadvantages about them are that they can feel bore very easy and accept anyone's opinions even in which is quite unacceptable. This kind of person seems to be immature person and need you to guide what to do and take care.

Bitter Chocolate: they hate to wait and fall in love to someone very easy which makes them look like a playboy or playgirl instead; it might be because they had bad experience about love before. They have very high temper but also very creative. The disadvantages are that they are impatient and try to make them feel busy all the times so they don't have to feel like they have to wait to anything and concentrate their mind on what they are doing.

until now! see you again!

Valentine's day is normally known as a day for lover throughout the world. In Japan, actually the valentine's day is exist for the foreingners, but as time changed,it turned to a gift of chocolate in the firm of heart shape. Actually the “tradition” of a girl to give chocolate for boys,is caused accidentally by wrong typing at the early campaign. The positive value of this mistake, chocolate had been a symbol of love and appreciation.

White day is a day for a guy to repay a girl that had kindly gave a chocolate during a Valentine's day. This celebration is done on every 14th March every year. At first, this tradition was created to make a guy felt guilty and to encourage them to give present. It had been made as a tradition for a guy to repay the present double or triple from what had been accepted. If a guy decided to not reward the grant, it was whether he valued himself more or he simply rejected her softly. But, if he decided to dive present that hold the same value, it means he only wanted to keep the relationship only as a friend, For white day. The white colour is chose to represent sweetness and purity of love

Beginning of life as a bachelor students.

H. Jackson Brown Jr., a famous author once said, as you climb the ladder of success, be sure it is leaning against the right building. We have choose UniKL MiCET apart of many other universities because we are certain UniKL will produce innovative students throughout their education, and this is one of Malaysia’s vision. We are from different background and come from different places, but we meet here at the same time. ‘Bachelor life’ greet us with passion and challenges. During our first week at UniKL, apart of registration, we were having an orientation for a week. We had a lot of orientation before, however, we are sure UniKL’s orientation  will be glued in our memory forever because of the experience that is priceless. We need to endure with absence of water for that whole week due to technical error. However, the kindness and helpful seniors that is more close to our hearts. After this tiring but fun orientation, our journey as a bachelor students begin. Week 1 is not a hectic week, thus, we have chances to identify all places at UniKL MiCET. Besides that we are very busy finishing our eduloan. Eduloan is one of MARA’s service that os very helpful towards native citizens. Hopefully, we can achieve flying colours result to convert it to scholarship, InsyAllah. On the other hand, we truly hope our friendship and ukhwah throughout this journey will remain strong forever. Amin.
